Enclave Rules
In the Voting forum, only Admins and other ranking staff may vote to pass an idea.
Non-ranking members cannot post here, but instead may discuss the voting in the Vote discussion forum.
On both forums, there will be a poll, stating FOR or AGAINST.
Non-ranking member's votes WILL BE CONSIDERED!
The admins have the overall power to pass or deny an idea.
NO ONE ELSE.
So if the "Congress" vote a 60% or above "pass"
AND
The people have a 65% or above "pass"
The idea will be accepted.
And as for the Ideas section:
If an admin decides that an idea is good enough for a vote to be called, a vote will be called and
a timeframe for which you may vote will be set.
Only an admin can make this decision.
